diets are NOT the "magical" answer. Dieting
won't help you, the emotional eater, make the changes you really need to
make--on the "inside." Most people already accept
the idea that it is a lifestyle change that is required, but who
knows how to make that happen?
We don't think the "lifestyle" you live will
really change very much until you do.
